Coulter Tempe Supports the Children

Phoenix ArtworksThe Coulter Automotive Family is proud to partner with Phoenix Children’s Hospital and KPHO Ch. 5 for the Coulter Art Gallery benefiting Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Starting Dec. 2 and running through May 1, 2014, each of the four Coulter dealerships will display and sell artwork created by patients from Phoenix Children’s Hospital. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this artwork will go directly to the Children’s Cancer Research Fund. This program invests in lifesaving, leading-edge research in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure of childhood cancers and blood-related disorders.

The Coulter Family has been serving the greater Phoenix community since 1923. Giving back to the community has always been a cornerstone of the Coulter Family Philosophy. From 1982 to 1987 Ryan Coulter, was a patient at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, under their care and with his family’s love and support Ryan was able to conquer childhood Leukemia and is now, with his sister Lindsay part of the fourth generation of Coulter’s serving the automotive needs of the Valley of the Sun.

The Coulter Family has been a longtime supporter of PCH and when Coulter heard that PCH was looking for a place to display and sell the beautiful creations of the PCH Artworks program; our four dealerships located throughout the Phoenix metro provided a perfect venue.

Each month patients join local artists and volunteers for painting workshops in The Child Life Zone at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. This is a state-of-the-art play area that provides an escape for patients and their families from daily life in the hospital. The art that these patients create can be kept by the patient or donated to the Artworks program.

Please join us in supporting this wonderful cause.  Stop by Coulter Tempe to preview the gallery of art by these courageous children.  IMG_5664
